After another company giving us the run around for a week in the middle of July heat, Walter Motts comes to save us! He showed up right on time and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour that the other company couldn’t do in a whole week. The following day before 8am he was already calling to check on the unit to make sure our house was cooling properly and ready to send a technician first thing if it wasn’t.
Mr. Motts has a great reputation with a close friend who is an AC contractor and he comes highly recommended. He was on time, knowledgeable, skilled and experienced (30+ years) and friendly. Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative, Inc. sponsors several rebate programs for their customers. One of these programs is the “Improved Home Program”. Bluebonnet relies on the heating and air conditioning dealers like yourself to provide quality equipment and service to ensure to that customer is satisfied with their high efficiency central unit. A requirement of this program is for a Bluebonnet Field Representative to personally inspect every high efficiency unit installed before the customer can receive the rebate premium. Not only do we personally inspect these units, we also take time to visit with the customer concerning their rebate and their satisfaction with their new central unit.
