Mott and his staff at Dean’s Shop did an outstanding
job of designing, installing, and servicing out
Trane Heat pumps and variable speed Air-handlers.
We approached him for an independent bid and he
responded in a very timely fashion with a proposal
that was dollar-wise, comparable, and superior in
value. During the design phase we met with Walter,
and using our house plans, came up with the solution
we wanted. He was very patient and answered our
questions in a way that we could understand.
When it came time to construct the system, Dean’s
Shop personnel were very diligent and cooperated
beyond my expectations with the other sub-contractors
and my builder. Walter and his staff maintain a
very professional work ethic. The system itself
is outstanding, it keeps the temperature it is set
at, it’s very quiet, and my electric bill
is very reasonable. We will certainly recommend
Dean’s Shop and Trane to our family and friends."

wanted to write and thank you and your folks for
your installation and follow-up on the TRANE heat
pump you installed this spring. Our contractor,
John, told us that you would be a great person to
deal with, and he was certainly right. I was impressed
early on with the sizing procedure you conducted
to insure the proper system was installed.
I have waited to write so that I could check out
your claims that I would see a noticeable decline
in my utility bills. I have compared the bills to
last year’s (esp. this summer’s) and
my monthly usage has dropped significantly. The
highest bill this summer compared to last summer
(same month) was $131.00 less. The average reduction
is $75-$100 month-to-month. I also appreciate the
preventative maintenance that is included with the
purchase of the system. Your folks are a pleasure
to have at the house. I would recommend the TRANE
system to anyone, but you and your folks are the
real recommendation."

Electric Cooperative, Inc. sponsors several rebate
programs for their customers. One of these programs
is the “Improved Home Program”. Bluebonnet
