This correspondence concerns the excellent service and quality work we have received from  Property Managment Company. that has used Dean's Shop in San Marcos, Texas for years of great heating and air conditioning service.Walter Mott and his employees of the Dean's Shop. The Dean's Shop with Mr. Mott has been our primary heat and A/C vendor for the last two years, handling over 25 properties that consist of approximately 300 units. We find Mr. Mott a very experienced and knowledgeable technician, and the service has always been prompt and efficient. Mr. Mott often spends time and exerts effort beyond what is normally expected from a vendor to solve our problems and keep our tenants happy. We have also used Mr. Mott on two major air conditioning projects at complexes that had suffered severe storm damage. Mr. Mott is our expert authority on heating and air conditioning and has helped enormously when speaking and dealing with insurance adjusters. He is personable, polite and patient. We have received nothing but excellent service from Mr. Mott and highly recommend him and his shop.

Our company relies on heating and air conditioning dealers to provide quality equipment and service to ensure the customer is satisfied with their high efficiency central unit.

A requirement of this program is for one of our field representatives to personally inspect every high efficiency unit installed before the customer can receive the rebate premium. Not only do we personally inspect these units, we also take time to visit with the customer concerning their rebate and their satisfaction with their new central unit. Dean's Shop continues to receive high marks for quality equipment, installation and service. Your customers have assured this coop that you take great pride in your work by providing prompt service.

"Walter Mott and his staff at Dean’s Shop did an outstanding job of designing, installing, and servicing out Trane Heat pumps and variable speed Air-handlers. We approached him for an independent bid and he responded in a very timely fashion with a proposal that was dollar-wise, comparable, and superior in value. During the design phase we met with Walter, and using our house plans, came up with the solution we wanted. He was very patient and answered our questions in a way that we could understand.

When it came time to construct the system, Dean’s Shop personnel were very diligent and cooperated beyond my expectations with the other sub-contractors and my builder. Walter and his staff maintain a very professional work ethic. The system itself is outstanding, it keeps the temperature it is set at, it’s very quiet, and my electric bill is very reasonable. We will certainly recommend Dean’s Shop and Trane to our family and friends."

"I wanted to write and thank you and your folks for your installation and follow-up on the TRANE heat pump you installed this spring. Our contractor, John, told us that you would be a great person to deal with, and he was certainly right. I was impressed early on with the sizing procedure you conducted to insure the proper system was installed.
I have waited to write so that I could check out your claims that I would see a noticeable decline in my utility bills. I have compared the bills to last year’s (esp. this summer’s) and my monthly usage has dropped significantly. The highest bill this summer compared to last summer (same month) was $131.00 less. The average reduction is $75-$100 month-to-month. I also appreciate the preventative maintenance that is included with the purchase of the system. Your folks are a pleasure to have at the house. I would recommend the TRANE system to anyone, but you and your folks are the real recommendation."
