Electrical
Wiring
At
Dean’s Shop, we offer both commercial and residential
electrical services. Our trained electricians are experienced
and reliable.
Residential
Electrical Wiring
Dean’s Shop residential jobs include everything
from trouble-shooting and replacing a fuse box to accommodate
new appliances, to remodeling projects that require
electrical upgrades such as new interior lighting or
installing control systems for a pool and spa.
We
also provide pre-wiring for new home construction and
have expertise with low voltage systems involving voice,
data, and video wiring systems, such as those for telephones
and computers. We provide all phases of electrical service
work from simple ceiling fan installation to total system
electrical upgrades. Our electricians are experienced
with coaxial,
low voltage and service cable for home and office needs.
Light
Commercial Electrical Wiring
We service all light commercial electrical needs. We
want to find potential problems before they become big
ones so we perform preventive maintenance, including
periodic inspection of equipment and facilities. Having
a contracted electrician can safeguard your company's
productivity, reputation and safety record. In the event
of a breakdown, we are on call to make the necessary
repairs as quickly as possible. Whether you require
a single outlet or lighting and control systems for
an entire chain of commercial stores, Dean’s Shop
electrical installation contractors can help.
Retrofit your lighting with energy efficient
magnetic ballasts
The staff at Dean’s Shop can replace your old
fluorescent lighting with the more cost-saving and energy-efficient
technology of T8 tubes magnetic ballasts.
Retrofitting
old, inefficient
F40T12 fluorescent lighting with modern T8 tubes
and energy-efficient ballasts will save energy and money.
The primary characteristic of magnetic ballasts is their
robustness – the use of rugged materials; robust
designs that withstand exposure to electric system transients
and fluctuations, as well as extremes of heat and cold;
and robust manufacturing processes. Magnetic ballasts
have a proven track record and have been in use for
decades. Over the years their efficiency has been continuously
improved, with no sacrifice in reliability.
In order to encourage conservation, many electric utilities
offer rebate programs or other discounts when customers
replace old, inefficient lighting with newer technology.
Many utilities have approved energy-efficient
magnetic ballasts for these programs. Check with
your local utility company to see if they have already
done so. If they haven’t yet implemented any rebate
program, ask them when they plan on it.
