heat and A/C vendor for the last two years, handling

often spends time and exerts effort beyond what
is normally expected from a vendor to solve our

coop sponsors several rebate programs for their
customers. One of these programs is the "Improved
Home Program." Our company relies on heating
and air conditioning dealers to provide quality
equipment and service to ensure the customer is
satisfied with their high efficiency central unit.
A requirement of this program is for one of our
field representatives to personally inspect every
high efficiency unit installed before the customer
can receive the rebate premium. Not only do we
personally inspect these units, we also take time
to visit with the customer concerning their rebate
and their satisfaction with their new central
unit. Dean's Shop continues to receive high marks
for quality equipment, installation and service.
